This document proves the materials were obtained in compliance with international wildlife trade laws. We handle all export paperwork from Indonesia, and a copy of the CITES certificate is included with every applicable order.

We use skins from pythons, cobras, crocodiles, and stingrays — all sourced from licensed farms and legally regulated suppliers in Indonesia. None of our products are made from illegally poached animals. Indonesia has strict wildlife management laws, and all our suppliers are government-registered and audited regularly.

Most countries accept CITES-certified exotic leather without issue, including the US, UK, EU, and Australia. However, some countries have additional restrictions — for example, Australia may require extra inspection. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package’s journey from Bandung, Indonesia to your address. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 10 days of your order, please contact us.

Because each piece is made by hand, there may be very slight variations in texture, color, or stitching — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect. To keep your item in the best condition:

Snake and crocodile skins are naturally durable but should be handled with care. We recommend using a soft cloth for cleaning.
