Most pieces require 1–7 business days for preparation or hand-finishing before dispatch. Custom work and CITES documentation can require additional time.

International delivery commonly takes 2–4 weeks after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs inspections, weather, and carrier disruptions can extend this estimate.
Duties, taxes, and VAT
We use shipping routes that include duties and import handling where available. However, European VAT and other destination-specific taxes may still be assessed by local authorities or the carrier. Any charge not explicitly included at checkout remains the recipient’s responsibility.
CITES and restricted destinations
For applicable products, we prepare required Indonesian export documentation. Import requirements differ by country, and we may contact you if additional information or a different shipping method is needed.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, we email the tracking number after dispatch. Contact us promptly if tracking stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged, or delivery is marked complete but cannot be located.
