Approved returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Custom, engraved, personalised, or final-sale pieces cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and any related customs charges. If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs when required.
After inspection, approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method. Original delivery, duties, and currency conversion costs that we cannot recover may be excluded where permitted by law. Exchanges depend on stock and destination restrictions.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
